I thought I'd drop in and give you a little life announcement.

We're moving to Portland, Oregon!

If you're apart of my daily life you already know this.  Now I thought it was time for all the social media world to know.

It's something we've been wanting to do for a while, and so now we are.  If you want the longer version of that story, you can ask me. 

This past week we visited Oregon, and Ryan accepted a job offer, and we signed a lease on a house.  Badda-bing-badda-boom.  (I've never had to spell that out...)

It's was kind of a stressful week, mainly the trying-to-find-a-home part.  This is what our time in Portland  felt like...

I have about 5 more pages of that in my notebook. Addresses to check out and reasons why it didn't work. And no, none of those addresses are the house we are ending up in.

So in the beginning of December we are packing up our things, our dogs, and a couple of friends to make the drive.

We are very excited!  And a scared of course, but mainly excited.
