Dragon

When I'm wanting to draw something new and am feeling uninspired, I sometimes glance at the Illustration Friday weekly illustration challenge. This week they're challenge was "Dragon."  I thought that sounded fun, so I dove in. Here's some chronological process pics of my little dragon drawing.

Another nice thing about the design challenge is is gives me a due date. Submissions are always due on Friday.  I was all pleased that I finished in time, but now it's Friday and my scanner isn't working.  Ug!  It's driving me crazy.

In non-drawing news, I made these cafe curtains this week using these instructions.  I'm not a big seamstress, so I'm very pleased with them.

It's fun to slowly make our house more homey.
