moved!

Phew.  It's been a whirlwind past couple of weeks. 

We loaded up the pods and the cars and drove to Portland. (click on images to make them bigger)

We were blessed to be joined by some good friends.  And to receive the hospitality of other friends along the way (I bummed I didn't get a picture with our hosts!). 

Then we finally made it to our Portland home! 

And we're pinching ourselves that we actually get to live here.

Of course it's not perfect.  And our house is a mess.  And friends and family are very far away.  But overall, we are excited and enjoy exploring our new city.

Suffice to say that I haven't had much time to work on art recently.  My current artwork is our house...make it a comfy, cozy, cool home.  Tomorrow I plan on taking out a piece or two I've been meaning to work on and hopefully can start spending time daily doing that.
